Q. Is SiteSuite an ISP?

A. No, SiteSuite is not an Internet Service Provider.


Q. Can I have more than one Domain Name

A. Yes, you can have multiple domain names pointing to the same website.


Q. How long will it take for my website to go live after SiteSuite have delegated my domain name?
 
A. It typically takes 24 to 48 hours for a site to go live once it has been signed off on by the client and a request has been made to delegate the domain name.


Q. SiteSuite is hosting my website; do you need to host my email as well?
 
A. It’s a good idea to consolidate as many services as possible. Your website includes a number of E-mail addresses, if you are paying another service provider for E-mail then you are wasting money. The sitesuite software also lets you manage you email accounts, you can set up new accounts, create auto-forwards and auto-replies and delete email accounts


Q. I am interested in one of your website plug-ins. Must my site be built from scratch if I choose to purchase one of these?
 
A. All of our plug-ins are developed so that they can be integrated into your existing site if you choose to add one or more in. Simply talk to our sales team to find out the pricing for the plug-in that interests you, and you can go from there.


Q. Where is training for the website admin usually held and how long does it take? Does it cost extra for additional sessions?
 
A. Training is conducted in our offices and takes approximately one to two hours, depending on the site. If you have several people who will be editing the site, they are all welcome to training. We do not charge extra for additional sessions. Training and support are free for the lifetime of your site with us.


Q. Can SiteSuite provide me with stock photography for use on my website?
 
A. Stock photography is not included with your website. However, you can ask your designer to find stock images and purchase them for you, and you will be invoiced separately for them.


Q. Can I have my website copied to CD-ROM after the site has been completed?
 
A. Yes you can. The standard fee for this service is $80 + GST if your site is 50 pages or less, and $100 + GST if your site is more than 50 pages.


Q. Can I gain FTP access for my website?

A. No. FTP access is a requirement of sites that do not use a Content Management System.
